When buying a new Case IH Tractor you can select from three levels of Case IH Safeguard support giving you piece of mind that whatever may happen, you will keep going and experience minimal downtime. It also allows you to attach a fixed cost to a piece of machinery, so you will know from day one how much that product will cost you over the period of cover selected.
Safeguard Bronze – Select a warranty package suited to you needs, either hours worked or years owned. You can select from three different levels of coverage from the basic Powertrain to fully encompassing Premier coverage. Please contact us to find out what is covered and exclusions from each
Safeguard Silver – As above plus, choose a service plan based on the length of warranty package you have selected. You can then decide to pay this upfront, annually or as a direct debit. This means, combined with the warranty package, you know exactly how much the machine will cost you over the selected period of the plan. With flexible payment options, you can then spread this cost in different ways. In other words; no unexpected big bills!
Safeguard Gold – This included both warranty and service plans as above plus the Case IH Advanced Farming Systems Connect telematics package. This means that when your machine is out in the field working, we can remotely monitor the performance of your product from a computer at our depot. This means as soon as an issue occurs, we know what the problem is and we can react quickly to respond and keep you farming.
