Heading out recently was this pair of Bespoke Herron Engineering 4000Gal Tankers to a local customer

• Herron Tandem Axle Slurry Tankers – Herron Engineering offer a range of Tandem Axle Recessed Slurry Tankers from 2800 gallons (12,750 litres) to 4000 gallons (18,200 litres). These tankers are perfectly suited for intensive slurry spreading and transport works.  They are designed to maintain rigidity, reliability and road-worthiness for many years. All models are fabricated on-site and have a steel tank that is rolled, fully welded, shot-blasted and then painted with hard-wearing two-pack polyurethane paint to ensure a consistent and robust finish and long-lasting protection from the harsh environment. The main features include ADR commercial axles, hydraulic brakes, sprung drawbar, quick attach valves and LED lights. A wide variety of options such as hydraulic change over, auto-fill arm, DCI arm, top fill hatch, overhedge boom, trailing shoe/dribble bar, full length sight tube, choice of brakes and wheels etc. will help you create a bespoke tanker to suit your needs.
